Refund Policy
All orders are final. Because every product is sold exclusively for laboratory research use and cannot be restocked once it leaves our control, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds after an order has shipped, except as set out below or where required by law.
Before an order ships
If you need to correct an address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at research@purplepeptide.com. We will accommodate changes where the order has not yet entered fulfillment. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or defective shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or a vial is broken or compromised in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and affected items. Where we confirm transit damage, we will replace the affected items or issue a credit at our discretion.
Fulfillment errors
If we ship the wrong item or quantity, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct any error we have made at no cost to you.
Quality concerns
Every batch ships with a publicly verifiable Certificate of Analysis from an independent laboratory. If you believe a product does not conform to its published COA, contact us with your order and batch details and we will investigate.
What is not covered
We cannot offer a remedy for:
- Buyer's remorse or ordering the wrong product;
- Improper storage, handling, or reconstitution after delivery;
- Any use of a product outside in-vitro laboratory research.
