Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NovaWell Wellness, LLC site, every account you create with us, and every purchase you place. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Research Use Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These Terms apply together with the Research Use Policy linked above. The Research Use Policy controls in the event of any conflict on research-use, eligibility, or prohibited-use matters.

Important notice

All orders are final. All products are sold exclusively for laboratory research use by qualified researchers. We may review, limit, delay, or refuse any order if buyer qualifications or intended use cannot be confirmed. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are available after an order has shipped except where required by law or expressly approved by NovaWell Wellness, LLC.

NovaWell Wellness, LLC is not a compounding pharmacy as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. NovaWell Wellness, LLC is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B. NovaWell Wellness, LLC is not a pharmacy of any kind, does not dispense, compound, or prepare any product intended for human or animal administration, and does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, or treatment protocols.

Eligibility and buyer representations

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or place an order. Products may be purchased and handled only by qualified researchers, laboratory professionals, or research-based institutions with the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully.

By creating an account or ordering, you represent and warrant that:

  • You meet the age and qualification requirements above.
  • The purchase supports legitimate research activity through a laboratory, institution, university, contract research organization, company, or other research-based setting.
  • You understand the applicable laws, regulations, industrial hygiene practices, safety risks, storage requirements, and handling controls associated with the products you purchase.
  • You have read and agree to be bound by our Research Use Policy.

We may request verification of researcher status at any time, limit quantities, delay fulfillment, or refuse any sale if buyer qualifications or intended use cannot be confirmed.

Orders, pricing, and payment

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the site at any time and may modify or update product, price, or availability information without prior notice. Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. Order acceptance occurs when payment is received, the order has been reviewed, and NovaWell Wellness, LLC confirms shipment.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, taxes, duties, and any other charges that may apply.

Payment must be received in full before an order is accepted. We may add, change, or remove payment methods at any time.

Order finality, cancellation, and returns

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the integrity requirements of laboratory supply, all orders are final once submitted. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are available after submission unless required by law or expressly approved by NovaWell Wellness, LLC.

Order cancellations may be requested by email before the order has shipped. We will make a good-faith effort to honor pre-shipment cancellation requests but make no guarantee.

If a shipment arrives damaged, materially incorrect, or with a verification failure on the accompanying Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve in good faith.

If communications or conduct suggest intended misuse, we may refuse the sale, suspend or terminate the account, withhold shipment, and take additional enforcement steps consistent with these Terms.

Product use and restrictions

All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. See the Research Use Policy for the complete prohibited-use list. In summary, products from NovaWell Wellness, LLC are not for:

  • Human or veterinary consumption, injection, ingestion, or any other route of bodily administration
  • Diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition
  • Therapeutic, prophylactic, palliative, or recreational use
  • Cosmetic, food, beverage, supplement, or athletic-enhancement use
  • Pharmaceutical compounding or repackaging
  • Resale to consumers
  • Any commercial use beyond qualified research

The compounds we sell have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human safety or efficacy. Any reference to peer-reviewed clinical literature, brand-name pharmaceutical products, or regulatory designations is provided for educational context only and is not an endorsement for any human use.

You expressly represent that any product purchased, and any material produced with it, will be tested, handled, used, manufactured, and labeled in strict compliance with applicable laws and will not be adulterated, misbranded, or represented as a drug, food, cosmetic, or medical device.

Discussion of dosing, administration, or human use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Warranty disclaimer

The site, services, and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaWell Wellness, LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.

We provide Certificates of Analysis from independent third-party laboratories with each batch. Those COAs reflect the testing performed at the time of analysis on the tested sample. They are not a guarantee of suitability for any particular research application or of compliance with regulations governing any prohibited use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will NovaWell Wellness, LLC or its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of the site, any product purchased, or any act, omission, or representation by any party other than NovaWell Wellness, LLC.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NovaWell Wellness, LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, expense, or liability — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from or related to:

  • Your handling, possession, use, storage, transfer, repackaging, modification, or representation of any product purchased from NovaWell Wellness, LLC
  • Any breach by you of these Terms or the Research Use Policy
  • Any violation by you of applicable law or the rights of any third party
  • Any prohibited use of any product or any misrepresentation of buyer qualifications or purpose

Site use and intellectual property

"NovaWell Wellness, LLC" and the text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork, certificates, and other materials displayed on this site are owned, controlled, or licensed by NovaWell Wellness, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, sell, mirror, frame, or otherwise exploit site content without express written consent, except for limited personal, non-commercial use that preserves proprietary notices.

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue access to the site at any time. The site may be used only for lawful, permitted inquiries and transactions relating to NovaWell Wellness, LLC products and services.

Privacy and communications

We collect information related to inquiries, orders, and account activity to operate the business, provide support, fulfill orders, and maintain a secure account experience. This includes names, email addresses, business or research institution, shipping addresses, purchase records, and related transaction details. By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional communications relating to your account and orders. You may opt in or out of marketing communications at any time using the controls in your account settings or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, including (without limitation) if we determine that you have violated these Terms or the Research Use Policy, if buyer qualifications cannot be verified, if your conduct suggests prohibited use, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at research@purplepeptide.com.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or any purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the site or any continued purchase after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
