NovaWell Wellness, LLC ("NovaWell Wellness, LLC," "we," "our," "us") sells research-grade peptides and related compounds exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified researchers. This page describes what that means, who can buy from us, what our products are not for, and the representations every buyer makes when placing an order.

What NovaWell Wellness, LLC is

NovaWell Wellness, LLC is a research chemical supplier. We source, third-party verify, and ship peptides and adjacent research compounds to laboratories, research institutions, contract research organizations, and individual qualified researchers operating in research-based settings.

Every batch we ship is tested by an independent third-party laboratory (Janoshik Analytic) and the resulting Certificate of Analysis is publicly verifiable on the lab's own site.

What NovaWell Wellness, LLC is not

NovaWell Wellness, LLC is not a compounding pharmacy as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. NovaWell Wellness, LLC is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B. NovaWell Wellness, LLC is not a pharmacy of any kind, does not employ pharmacists, and does not dispense, compound, or prepare any product intended for administration to humans or animals.

NovaWell Wellness, LLC is not a medical device manufacturer, not a cosmetic manufacturer, and not a food-product manufacturer. We do not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, administration instructions, treatment protocols, or any other clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic information.

What our products are for

Our products are intended only for laboratory research use in vitro. Permitted activities include:

• Analytical method development and validation
• Reference standard work in qualified laboratories
• In-vitro cellular research
• Peer-reviewed academic, institutional, and industrial research
• Other lawful in-vitro research applications that comply with all applicable federal, state, and local law

What our products are not for

Our products are not intended for, approved for, or sold for any of the following:

• Human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, or any other route of bodily introduction
• Diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease, illness, or medical condition
• Therapeutic, prophylactic, or palliative use of any kind
• Cosmetic use
• Food, beverage, or supplement use
• Pharmaceutical compounding or repackaging
• Veterinary use of any kind
• Recreational use
• Athletic, performance, or competitive enhancement
• Resale to consumers
• Any commercial use beyond qualified research

Discussion of dosing, administration, or human use of any product purchased from NovaWell Wellness, LLC is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and refusal of future sales.

Who can buy from us

You may purchase only if you are all of the following:

1. At least 21 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. A qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or research-based institution with the training, facilities, and competence to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully.
3. Purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research activity in a laboratory, institution, university, contract research organization, company, or other research-based setting.
4. Aware of and compliant with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, industrial hygiene practices, safety risks, storage requirements, and handling controls associated with the products you purchase.

We may request verification of your researcher status at any time, limit quantities, delay fulfillment, refuse any sale, or terminate any account where buyer qualifications or intended use cannot be confirmed or where conduct suggests prohibited use.

What you represent when you place an order

By creating an account and placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet every eligibility requirement in the section above.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Research Use Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
• You will use every product strictly for lawful in-vitro laboratory research.
• You will not introduce any product into the human or animal body, will not provide any product to anyone who will introduce it into the human or animal body, and will not represent any product as fit for any prohibited use.
• You will not resell any product to consumers, repackage any product for therapeutic use, or compound any product into a finished pharmaceutical product.
• You will indemnify and hold harmless NovaWell Wellness, LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your handling, use, possession, transfer, or representation of any product purchased from us.
• You understand that misrepresenting your eligibility, purpose, or intended use is a material breach of these terms and may be reported to applicable authorities.

FDA, regulatory status, and labeling

The compounds NovaWell Wellness, LLC sells have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety or efficacy in humans or animals. Statements made anywhere on the NovaWell Wellness, LLC site, on product labels, in research summaries, in scientific citations, or in any other materials are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.

Every product ships with a label clearly marked "FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY". Buyers are responsible for maintaining this labeling and not modifying, removing, or replacing it.

All sales are final

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the integrity requirements of laboratory supply, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped except where required by law or expressly approved by NovaWell Wellness, LLC. Order cancellations may be permitted by email before the order ships.

If a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a verification failure, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve it in good faith.

Right to refuse and terminate

NovaWell Wellness, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to:

• Refuse, cancel, or limit any order
• Suspend or terminate any account
• Decline to ship to any address
• Report suspected misuse to the appropriate authorities

This applies in particular where buyer qualifications cannot be verified, where conduct suggests intended prohibited use, where communications request dosing or administration guidance, or where any other term of this policy or our Terms and Conditions has been violated.
